Refund Policy: 

  • Full Refund minus a $25 admin fee till 8/15/25
  • 50% refund 8/15/25 - 9/7/25
  • No refund starting on 9/8/25
    Purchase protection is available for an additional purchase for unpredictable circumstances.


What is included?

  • All conference fees
  • Breakfast on the 23rd and 24th
  • Lunch on the 23rd
  • Dinner on the 22nd and 23rd

What is not included?

  • Lodging (special group rate can be booked here)
  • Lunch on any day
  • Transportation to/from the Gathering

  • Contributing members provide a monthly recurring gift OR annual recurring giving of >$1200.
